    Slimly, used car salesmen at its finest.I was tricked by their regional sales man on purchasing items and signing up for 2 years of a product I was unsure of, expressing I only wanted to try one year and was pushed into 2. Additionally, while selling me the items, he promised help with marketing, he would follow up with me, he would check in and come to town (we'd be best friends...ew) and make sure I was doing OK and I would receive free training on the items I purchased.None of this happened. The second Proceq took my money, I was alone in the desert. I wasn't able to connect to my device for several weeks. When I sent questions into my salesman, it went from longer professional emails to; short, abrupt and toss me aside. He promised me some free training which, I had to push him several times to actually get before I could really use the product. During which he then told me training cost **************************************************************************** outside my requests, let alone hey are you happy with your purchase? Absolutely nothing. Dropped off the face of the earth.**** was spent chasing him to get the free training. Finally, I was able to get SOME to figure out connecting to the device and specifics. All of July was spent chasing him expressing how unhappy my experience has been with my products and he says "oops its used and outside our 14 day return window". I wasn't even able to use your product in the 14 day window. Also where is this in the fine print? Finally, I spoke to someone in charge of the program and was told everything I learned the hard way over the last 6/7 weeks after dumping tons of money into my marketing and webdev to lead absolutely no where. Not to mention, the dollar amount he told me I could charge for the work VS what the reality is, again, learned from his superior.
