      No words can express the disappointment in this selling facility. My new camper has been out of service 2 months and they don't answer or return my calls. The only have factory repairs apparently. They know you when you are looking to buy, but now that I own a 2924 Ozark without a working refrigerator, most of the not usable and lost $100.00 in food the only time we took it out, they couldn't care less.

      There was an issue with the refrigerator in the Premoshis's new RV. The refrigerator was diagnosed defective and a warranty claim was submitted to Forest River, the manufacturer. The claim was approved and a new refrigerator was shipped by Forest River. We received the refrigerator and replaced/installed the new one in the Premoshis's RV. The customer returned on 7/29/24 with a loose wire on the new refrigerator, which we repaired. The refrigerator is 100% functional at this time and ********************* seemed happy when he left yesterday. This matter has been corrected and we are curious why they state that their refrigerator is not working in the submitted review.

      BUYERS BEWARE My wife and I made the mistake of buying here. We drove all the way from Kansas, Missouri. ***** the General Manager will tell you whatever you want to get you there and then it all starts to fall apart.1. Paid over $2,500 for a protective coat they didnt apply. I noticed pulling out, questioned the walk through guy. He said it was on. Got another person involved and they admitted they didnt even though I paid for it. I did get a refund for this position, but good thing I asked again!!!2. Brand new 5th wheel had a damaged door. They advised they would provide a new door and mail to my house and Id have to install myself. It shows they received the door over a month ago - but have not shipped it to me yet.3. ***** said call me anytime with any issues or concerns. I WILL CALL YOU BACK. Had questions and concern on drive home and since we left - never has returned one single call.4. Was able to use my camper ONE TIME before major issues with the slide. Took it to a local dealer, and they advised there are major issues and ACTIVE recalls on this camper - specific to slide. This was never mentioned to me at purchase or Id had the warranty work done first and not used it faulty. Now slide is stuck and hope warranty will cover.I have been in the sales business for over 40 years. I dont understand the lack of service and dishonesty with this group - especially their leader and GM ***********. My salesman **** was great over the phone, and nice when I met him briefly - but he was selling another unit and I didnt get to talk to him much.Id stay clear of this dealership at all costs and do business with someone more honest and reputable.

      Working with this business was awful! I would strongly advise to look elsewhere. We were told 3 times that our trailer was ready for pick up and repairs were completed. Each time was a lie, leaving us to drive out and be disappointed. We rode past at 6am on a Sunday to find our trailer wide open on the street which means somebody had to leave it open since the day before. A remote control that operated several things in the trailer was missing and the service department promised to replace, which they did not! 7 months after buying our trailer from them, they sent us an invoice for $350 giving absolutely no explanation, meanwhile we already have our copy of the final invoice stating everything is PAID IN FULL. The manager and service rep both quit since then but we are STILL getting threatening calls from the new manager over the invoice that has already been paid. I cannot stress enough - go anywhere else!
