The American Heart Association also requires that instructors must pass an exam to re-certify. According to information provided to BBB on 5/16/2017, Not Just CPR previously provided re-certification services. Consumers allege that after contacting the company to renew their certification, they were asked to pay tuition upfront. Consumers claim that they later learned that Not Just CPR was no longer eligible to provide re-certification services.
