120 Night Comfort Guarantee -- BedMart provides a one-time exchange within 120 days of the original purchase. Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body, so we request that you sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights. After allowing this adjustment time, if you determine that your original mattress purchase is not right for you, we will work closely with you on selecting a different mattress to ensure sleep success.
*The mattress and foundation must be in original condition. This comfort guarantee does not apply to warranty exchanges and is not valid at The Outlet or on floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories. Comfort exchange and mattress warranties will be voided by any stains, odors, law tag removal, rips, cuts, or other damage. Restocking fees start at $149.95 depending on delivery zone.
