    They are not dependable and reliable. When I engaged their services to fix the bathroom tub faucet, their service person ***** came to the house and replaced the cartridges and valve stems and diverter to fix the problem. He did not use the correct replacement parts and claimed that the original parts have to be ordered from the factory and that the replacement parts would work fine. Lo and behold the replacement parts (valve cartidge and handle) was not compatible and did not work. I tried several times to reach out to him (phone calls & text messages). He doesnt respond to my calls and even blocked my phone number. He lacks professionalism and I would not recommend his services any time. He is the worst plumber I have come across as he lacks integrity and not trustworthy. I have to hire another plumber now to fix the same problem he was supposed to fix in the first place.
