    I purchased a Groupon and went in to redeem it. I was told that to get the best results for my BMI that other services/treatment would be beneficial. A treatment package was suggested which I purchased for $4,000.00. I attended every treatment according to the recommended time line presented by the aesthetician. After my treatments my measurements were repeated and I had only lost 1.5 inches. My aesthetician said these were unacceptable results as far as she was concerned. I was offered additional free treatments and told that the best results would be if I included buying another $1,500.00 in services which I did. At the end of those services I still hadn't lost any significant changes in any of my measurements. I spent $5,500.00 and got zero results. I requested a refund of my money since I didn't get any benefits from months of treatments. The owner/manager denied my request. I paid $5,500 and have nothing to show for it.

    Hello ***********************!  We are sorry to hear you are feeling that you received no results.  First of all, you definitely did receive results, as we have the photos to prove it.  We also let all clients know we cannot guarantee results but we make recommendations based on average client results and our experience and training.  We completed your sessions in full, which was over 16 hours of licensed professionals treating you from September 2023 to March 2024.  We have numerous occasions of you stating you weren't really doing your at home care, you weren't drinking much water, and you were not doing any exercise.  You also were out for a surgery and on medication undisclosed to us.  We comped you additional sessions, but ultimately body sculpting is a team effort and we only have you a few hours a week, you are responsible for the rest of the time and how you care for yourself.  We didn't get the feeling you were trying to make this successful on your end, which is why we cannot and will never guarantee results.  Results can be subjective, because you definitely received results from your sessions, it just may not have been to your expectation.  A refund isn't feasible, as our policy is clearly stated as non-refundable, and all services have been rendered in full.  We really enjoyed you as a client and are happy to chat over the phone to see how we can help improve your experience, but unfortunately a refund is not due.  We are available Tuesday through Friday from 9am - 5pm at ************.

    I called to make an appointment after I purchase a three treatment from groupon. I was asked to give my credit card number for the file just incase I do not show up. I offer to give my credit card information at my first appointment the following week. The was told that is a standard procedure so I agreed to give the information. At that moment I was placed on hold and then told that I should get a refund from Groupon. I was puzzled since I just agreed to disclose my CC information. I was told "we think that you will not be satisfied" with our service! They just made an assumption because I was reluctant at first to give away my CC information over the phone! Not a good business practice!

    Untrue statements above. Caller was rude wanted to make up her own rules outside our stated policy and procedures. Refused to provide us with a cc on file to make a reservation. We decided we were not the best fit for services

    I was not rude at all. I called for the first time to make an appointment. The guy asked me to give him my cc card info to be charged $50 in case I do not show up. I told him I have paid for three treatments on Groupon and I would be happy to provide the CC card information at the first appointment he scheduled for next week. He was definitely short tempered, said this is every spa policy. I agreed to give him the CC information. At that moment he placed me on hold and when came back he said" I think you would not be happy with our service and you should call Groupon to get your money back". I replied, "Are you saying that after I just agreed to provide the CC over the phone, you are denying me the service?" . He said Yes!
