I was asked to pay an enrollment fee of $149 to be a vendor for ****************************. The enrollment application misrepresented the insurance requirements. When I cancelled my application I was advised that the $149 fee was non-refundable. Consequently, I have placed the $149 charge into dispute with my credit card bank.

NetVendor is a scam. DO NOT GO DOWN THE NETVENDOR RABBIT HOLE. When you first enroll, you will get calls from property management companies saying they saw you on NetVendor and they want to start work with you. Because the property management companies reach out to you, you pay for the subscriptions to enroll with those companies to be able to start work. The property management companies will even approve an estimate you turned in and have you complete the project. THE CATCH. NetVendor is only for companies that have enough equity to afford insurance policies that range from 1M to 5M, even if the projects you are doing are $50, you need an unneeded amount of insurance. So as a small business that cannot afford spending 20k to start all the insurance policies needed, you spend all your time chasing the "Compliance". And that process is antagonizing. Even if you get the policies ready and turn them in, they will give you the run around and have you jump through so many unnecessary hoops, almost as if on purpose to run out your subscription time. They will change the requirement amounts, so you have to readjust your policy and pay more to chase the compliancy. Another red flag, if you complete a job and you're not "compliant", the property management company can pay you, but if they do, they can never do another project with you again. I learned my ******* DO NOT PAY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR LEADS WITH NO GUARENTEE THAT YOU WILL GET JOBS; YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER. NetVendor is probably making a ton of money s******* over small businesses. And like a sucker, I let them play me like a fiddle.

Worst experience of my life. I spent the past two weeks trying to become compliant with this company. They send you a red flag after you email all the requirement, I go to fix them, send them back, wait two more days, they send you another red flag when they should have listed it the first time. I have send in documents over 6 times now and had to wait over 2 days each time. The people on the phone have no say in anything and just try to pass you off to the next red flag. I spent $120 and the red flags just becomes ore and more ridiculous like my name on one certificate has to match my business name on another, when I can't change my auto insurance to DJ insurance just for this one gig. Many of these flags would not be a problem with any vendor, but they make $120 with their system for every vendor.

Netvendor has the worst customer service. They require my business license. Idaho doesn't have a business license. Submitted my DBA. Rejected. They said i need a license with an expiration date. So I applied for, and got, my Contractor's License. Rejected. My insurances are up to speed. Yet here I am sitting non-compliant on two accounts. They make it as hard as possible. Thats not vetting. That is ignorant. Its a real shoot show.

I have been back and forth with these people trying to get in compliance with a property that we were in compliance with on RealPage vendor credentialing. For 2 months now I have been dealing with the same issue and every time I talk to someone different, I get a different answer. FORGET about talking to ******* the supervisor, apparently hes always in a meeting.

Please do not waste your time. Something is always missing, some document always gets rejected, not enough coverage for them to work with. They just make you spend all this extra money on more insurance with no guarantee the company will accept or work with you. No refunds either so its money lost all around. Oh and they cant reach out to most insurance agents to verify your coverage. Be prepared to be doing that alone. You are just paying to be able to upload the documents on your own. When you call the customer service call line is always super busy and try to rush you off the phone with no help.

Be careful, your suppliers ask you to sign up to get paid faster, and when you do it is $120. Within a day we got rejected because our insurance umbrella was not high enough. We then called and told them we could not use the service and they refused a refund. So they did nothing for us except reject us and then refused to refund us with in only a few days. Unreal business practice. I would never do that to my customers.

Net Vendors failed to obtain a wet signature from myself and used a supposed digital signature of a name that was not my given - a completely different name then what is on my drivers license and other licenses and official documents. They then used this method to engage in automatic billing without my informed consent through a wet signature for approval. After speaking with the highest manager available I demanded that he forward my demand to the registered agents *************************** and ********************* which he refused to do. He also stated that he knew who these people were and said he was not bound by his duty of candor or his fiduciary duty to forward my demand of a refund of the fraudulent charge to the two registered agents still active with the company. He proceeded to agree not to sell my company contact information or my personal information to any other entity and agreed to remove my company from their database. However NetVendors failed to provide proof of removing my dissolved companies information. Suing these people as individuals would be more productive since their company is registered in ******** which is a terrible jurisdiction to litigate and has no respect for the common law or color of law or your penumbra of rights. The following contact information is available on the Oregon business registry database in the event you decide to litigate the individuals with the power to resolve fraudulent business practices. The amount of labor and materials I have wasted in dealing with their repeated nonperformance and fraudulent business practices is now in excess of $5000.00. Be sure to write a letter to your attorney general and governor and local district attorney informing them of their activities which may result in warranted repercussions. Enough complaints should revoke their registration from your state. If I could leave zero stars I would. They are the absolute worst vendor on boarding program on the planet. I use 4 different ones and each took less than 48 hours. Here we are on month 2 and still trying to get someone on the phone. Its amazing some of these big companies allow them to handle anything for them.
