    If I could give a 0 rating I would. This company acted as the agent for my move with *****. It was the most painful moving experience I have ever had and I strongly warn anyone against using this company. I booked this shipment a month before the pick-up window, 6 weeks ahead of the final delivery date mentioned in the contract. They were unable to secure a driver. There was little to zero communication on my move; I had to continuously chase them for updates. They continued to give false updates; the final delivery dates they provided were outside of the contact dates, putting them in breach of contract. They added us to an internal communication email so we could clearly see the negligence and lack of effort on their part in attempting to secure a driver. No solutions were offered, no apologies were given, no refunds offered, a false "$100 discount per late day" was offered but then rebuked, although the "non-binding estimate" offered to cover expenses for food/lodging, this was dodged and or ignored when asked about. They then tried to charge us the amount of the move in full BEFORE the delivery date, which is outside of what the contract states. To top it off, they then held our goods, until we were able to negotiate down a "service" fee for their movers putting our goods into storage/packing some items (even though they were in breach of contract). Be warned - this company will not take care of you nor will they do the right thing.
