    To say customer service is their priority is an understatement!I hired Action Irrigation last spring. ***** came to my house and inspired me with his landscaping ideas. His team quickly installed the sprinkler system, landscape, and sod, all with professionalism and respect. When issues with the sod arose months later, ***** promptly replaced it, proving their exceptional commitment to customer service.

    After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs earlier in the year they left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They overcharged ($500) for a timer and three celliniods after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. They claimed that damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me. When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is.When called to ask when they would be coming back I was told "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally they said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind.Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once they refused to come back to do the job. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to basic safety protocols. Don't use this company, it's not worth the liability...To be clear: All I asked for was to have a schedule and to come back that day to fill the hazardous hole Action Irrigation left behind. I cursed once (f'ing) and was never directed at the owner. My ire was justified by the lack of responsibility, poor work, and the fact that I had to pull teeth to get an actual date for the return to perform repairs. When the owner said he would not come back I hung up the phone. The conversation was heated. I never "screamed."
