    The woman who came to tow my white ******* GT, I'm not sure of her name but she was as unethical and rude as a person can get to a customer. She threatened to rip my door off and came into the situation with a very bad attitude to begin to start with. She did not let me retrieve my possessions from my car and said the reason for her behavior was because she had a bad day! It is ILLEGAL to not allow a person to get their possessions out of the vehicle that ********** is towing. Its not like there was ANY debt owed on the car. It was bought outright, free and clear. So it was not a repossession case. In conclusion, I want to say that this experience was hands down the worst experience I've EVER FACED with a ANY COMPANY. Especially for the fact that how the woman acted was an unwarranted act of hatefulness towards customer.
