      Love working here. I bought a car from Mazda last year and got the best customer service ever! I like the transparency that Power operates from and it is something that is worth a lot in this industry.

      Rant for the day:I sold cars for POWER KIA a few years ago. Since then I have referred tons of friends who have purchased there as well. I have owned 3 Kias myself. Yesterday my car was struggling to start. I called *********** and told them its going to be towed there and I believed it was either an alternator or fuel injector pump. I also confirmed my car is still under the 5 yr. 50k warranty. The guy I talked to said they couldnt scope it until Saturday and wouldnt be able to work on it until Wednesday. Fine. Called Kia ******** and had it towed. Then I called POWER KIA to confirm it arrived. Spoke to the absolute dumbest person I have ever talked to. She told me it wasnt scheduled until 3 months from this Wednesday and might be scoped in the the next two weeks. Needless to say I was ******. But she was too dumb to take it out on. I then received a call from a different woman who talked down to me, which I love so much. She informs me that if the parts arent covered after they scope the car, the cost of the scope will be $175. I informed her thats not happening. Im still covered under the 5yr. 50k warranty. She tells me oh it may not be. I said I worked for Power Kia for two years and have owned 3 kias and I understand the warranty very well, and they will be fix my car. She was snarky and well just see about that. So I said since my car is dead for 3 months Id like to request a loaner. To which I was told shed put me on the list, I was number 16 in line. FINAL NOTE:I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND POWER KIA TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

      First off, I have no complaints about the technician or the work that was performed. The reason for my poor rating is 100% tied to the question of payment. As part of purchasing all 4 tires at the dealership, I was guaranteed free tire rotations for the life of the tires. However, following this rotation, I was informed that the dealership was under new ownership, and they were no longer honoring that benefit. I told the technician that new ownership does not void a written contract, and she immediately removed the charge. My bigger concern is that I'm sure I'm not the only one being told this lie. Others may not have a knowledge of contract law and may end up paying for services they are legally entitled to receive free of charge. This unethical behavior by the manager (as I'm sure it wasn't the technician's idea) is despicable and reflects poorly on the ****** brand. With so many options available, I can guarantee Power Auto Group will never again have my business, and I will actively warn my friends and family to stay away.

      We bought a 2019 ********** Golf. It has a 6-year warranty. This week we learned that the Power Auto Group in ********* ** will no longer be associated with **********. We have a warranty repair in progress, so they stopped work on it. The claim was made that our problem with the fuel door was fixed. There own people told ** that the entire unit would need to replaced (invoice dated 4/7/23 - we have the copy on file) so the claim of a fix done is a lie. No help in the transition was offered. Service after the sell? We have had numerous problems with the manager of this unit over the years, but this last one takes the cake. Our next step after the memorial 2023 holiday is to ask ********** of ******* for help. Step two is a consumer complaint thru the ***************. I can't recommend Power Auto Group ************.

      Bought a used Mini ****** on 11/25/22. I made the mistake of not bringing my check book for a cash purchase. So, I arranged to bring the check the following morning. Asked what time the Kia ********** in Salem opened. 8am! I mentioned I had a commitment in the afternoon so I would be there at 8am. Arrived at 8:10. Surprise, finance guys don't come in til 9am. I drove 75 miles to wait. When the finance guy came in, gave him the check and left. I get south of Albany and get a call from they need a signature. I wait at ***'s. Then in Feb. my temp tags were to expire. DMV said they were waiting for a corrected Odmeter from the owner of my car. *** claims she had done so. I asked for a temp since the original was expiring. I get one til 3/18/23. Today is 3/14. DMV still waiting. Asked for *********************** to call me. He is a chicken, passes it off to a mgr on vacation to call me. Mgr calls says he will have it resolved in 20 min. 6 hrs later no call from anyone. This is completely unacceptable practice. I will never do business with them they are rude, idiots and should be put out of business. Could become a legal issue if I can get my car registered. All because they messed up when they took the ****** in on trade. Then *** couldnt/wouldn't do her job. She can expedite the process if she gets out of her chair and take the forms into a DMV office. I could have my papers in a week or so. Otherwise per DMV it will be 4 -6 more weeks. Oh, and if I could I wouldn't give them any stars, so 1 it has to be.

      They sold us a car that requires a complete CVT change which costs the same price at which we bought the car. They hid it deliberately and sold it to us. Their sales manager was extremely rude and threatened to call cops on us when we went to confront. They are frauds.

      They are either liars or incompetent. Or both. I purchased a used vehicle. They assured me the car was in good working order. The car lasted for almost three weeks before it completely died. Repairs estimates are astronomical. All attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I would go to the dealership myself but I would need a working car to do that. These people are crooks!

      I got tricked into paying several grand more than the vehicle was worth. They sold me a GMC Yukon with a clean carfax a month later, while in THEIR possession for agreed repairs the carfax has "minor damage" reported. They claimed "we dont report to carfax" yet did nothing to help remedy the situation. Not to mention the suv has SEVERE undercarriage corrosion
