      I wish I had the ability to review their work, but all I can review is the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and lack of responsiveness. They were a no call no show to a scheduled walkthrough for estimate. The following day we finally heard from them. They were very apologetic that something had come up and my husband and I were very understanding. They came out but were still unprepared to take measurements to get an accurate estimate. He said he would be back out the following day with all the tools he needed to make an estimate.This never happened. I tried contacting him by phone, ********* and his phone, but zero response. It has now been a month from that first walk through. Yesterday I reached out once more through his phone number. It shows that he read the message and still no response. I understand if you are unable or do not want to take a job. However, the responsible thing - the respectful thing, would be to contact that customer and let them know this. Or even a simple, I'm sorry I screwed up and let the ball drop. We all mess up in life buy this is so unprofessional. I get that we had a big job to do and maybe he just want able to fulfill it, or couldn't beat the price of our other estimates, but do the right thing and communicate.

      I thought I was going to like this company, but then I started losing things to their string trimmer (five solar landscape lights, two peonies, three day lilies, and just discovered a sliced Wi-fi wire that was costly to fix.). They didn't show up when I expected them, and showed up on days we hadn't agreed on. The owner's explanation was that he thought I had canceled service. We had had no communications that should have led him to that conclusion. Then when I let him know the service needed to be curtailed until spring because my yard becomes a swamp, his worker still continued to show up. The first time he got halfway through mowing the front yard and I had him finish because it would have looked weird. He then blew leaves off the back patio and blew away hose nozzles and a cat food dish, and blew over every empty pot on the side of the house on his way back to the truck. I had just had foot surgery and was not amused that I had to go in search of nozzles and bowl, and pick up pots. The second time the worker showed up, I stopped him as he began to blow off the back patio. I then received an invoice for $120 for those two services, which was $10 more per service than the rate I had been paying with no communication about an increase, and incomplete services that were not supposed to even happen. I asked the owner about the rate increase, and let him know that I didn't feel those charges were justified. I just received a revised invoice for $50, with no explanation of the reduction or why he felt $50 was justified. I paid it just to be able to sever all ties. I'm done with them.

      Not sure where to start. We hired ******'s company to install a lawn. ****** came to bid the yard and spoke like he really knew what he was doing. We never saw him again. The information we discussed when he was here was likely never passed on to his crew. We wanted some build-up and sloping for good drainage. It was hit and miss to get the job completed (June 7th-August 2nd). The crew did not show on days they said they would be here with no call. With the actual installation, the workmen overlapped at least half the sod rolls, not only the ends but the sides as well. We were not instructed how to maintain the lawn to help it become established. The crew told us to go online for help. JB was supposed to check out the sprinkler system to make sure there was good coverage. We have varied sprinkler heads and we asked that a couple of them be replaced but there was no suggestion to change anything else that was working. One of the heads gave too much coverage to an area and it was overwatered. Not sure if it will ever recover. We asked ****** several times to just come and take a look. He hasn't. Overall the installation is not a good job at all. The workmen were very hard workers. They just didn't have any management/instruction. We've realized that ****** started a pizza business and that's likely were his focus is.
