This company paid a service provider who had not done the work on the invoice. They did not check the signature against the original contract. If they had they would have discovered That the signature didnt match. Even though they had three ways to Contact me to see if the work had been preformed to my satisfaction they did not, before paying the vendor. All the reps say is thats their policy. This company doesnt care about their customers and treats customers very poorly. It has cost us almost $3000 which well now have to pay, as National RV Warranty wont pay to make the repairs as theyve paid a fraudulent claim, without checking with their client. Very disappointing, stay away from this company.

Would never use, ripoffs left me hanging out to dry over transmission out in my truck after voicing my issues and concerns. Payed $4500 for warranty that does nothing pretty sure this company is a scammer... Transmission started shifting strange just as I pulled off to check it dumped oil everywhere had to tow at my expense and now they want shop to tear it apart to determine if they want to pay. With being disabled thought buying a extended warranty was best, I won't make that mistake ever again.

To respond to the review appropriately, we will need further information. If we could be provided with a copy of the contract or the vehicles VIN, we can perform a more thorough search and respond to the issue(s) raised in the review. The information may be sent to ***************************** Please refer to this BBB review in the subject line of the email.

The language that appears in our contracts are very similar to this: "What to do in the event of a failure" In some cases, "You may be required to authorize the repair facility to inspect or tear down Your Vehicle to determine the cause and cost of the repair. You will be responsible for these charges if the Failure is not covered by this Contract. We reserve the right to require an inspection of Your Vehicle prior to any repair being performed. We reserve the right to move Your covered Vehicle to another repair facility".

We cannot, and do not deny claims that are not diagnosed to determine coverage eligibility. We would like the opportunity to review this claim and respond to our customer.

      Thank you,
