    Great company did a nice job cleaning *******. Ill be using them for all my rentals.

    Six months ago, I entrusted them with a task crucial to my property's well-being: the removal of **** on the front side of the house and the installation of three gutter extensions. The investment amounted to $700, a sum I willingly paid in anticipation of long-lasting improvement.However, what transpired next can only be described as a series of missteps and unfulfilled promises. A dry procedure was applied. When I asked about the expectations, I was told that they, in fact, applied a wet procedure (There was no water or spray and I was present throughout the entirety of the service). I was reassured with the dubious promise of a "3-6 month waiting period" for the treatment to take effect. To alleviate my worries, an additional commitment was made a follow-up appointment to assess the results and ensure my satisfaction.I meticulously documented the ****** progression through photographs, faithfully sharing them with ******, my designated point of contact. The initial **** infestation kept getting worse in contrast to the promised improvement.Speaking to ****** again after 6 months, I was met with a lack of engagement and, frankly, disappointment. Gone was the initial enthusiasm, replaced by a seemingly jaded indifference to my escalating concerns. In fact, he brought the argument that I had negotiated earlier and those $700 were supposed to be just for extensions, and **** treatment was done more as a compliment, and I should not have any expectations for a follow-up treatment. Needless to day, this left me feeling deeply frustrated, misled and cheated.My intent here is not to *********** my frustration, but rather to serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers considering their services. In the face of dwindling standards and unfulfilled promises, I feel compelled to voice my disappointment, hoping to prevent others from experiencing the same disillusionment.
