    I hired the Squish Pest Control for rodent service on August 28, 2024 at 9:06 AM. I payed $399.00 for this service. I received response that they could come tomorrow (8/28/24) between 3 and 6 PM. I called often to see when they would be here. I received text from worker that he would be late as he was coming from ***********, **. He texted that he would be about 730 (PM). I kept waiting to here from him and through the next period of time was stating his truck was not working "super hot and do you want me to come tonight or in the morning? If it's tonight I'm heading there I'm driving there." I said tonight. I periodically called to see of status. A response was "I dam near wrecked trying to answer that, Plz verify adress, Im in *****". They i got a text from **** (the man I made appointment with). This is his text, "***, So you had a flat tire and someone was calling over and over and over again. And I see that you've been calling over and over and over and they always come through. At some point tonight. He's having a hard night and he's on the phone I don't blame him for not answering your call right now anything wrong even notified that he was running lat even though if I didn't have a flat tire,give the guy a break if he doesn't come tonight you'll have to come in the morning or tomorrow whenever it's convenient for you. No one is purposely put you out but you gotta stop calling over and over and over again because it's making him just frustrated and I need these guys thank you we apologize he's having a rough drive Judge you when he's done." I reschedule for the next week (Sept. 3, 2024). They never made it that day. I scheduled again for Sept 4, 2024. They never made it. I cancelled their service. I do not have an address for this company.

    Guaranteed Results doesnt mean anything with these people. They never came back after pushing me to set up a quarterly arrangement, and now sent me to collections for the $169.00 fee for doing nothing. I have documented texts where I cancelled my appointment, I spoke to them on the phone about cancelling my service and now they have sent me to collections. I already wasted hundreds trying to get rid of mice that they didnt get rid of. DO NOT sign up with these people.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have the worst customer service in the business. I have been using them since 2020, and always have had problems with them coming out before calling, when I have repeatedly told them I have to be home as there is no access to back or side yards unless I am here to unlock gates. I am supposedly on quarterly service, but have had to call them time and time again because they come out when I am not home and charge me for full service for spraying my front porch! They have been good about coming back to finish the job, but since undergoing new ownership have gotten worse than ever! I called for help with mice in my attic as well as routine pest control, and was charged $399 because they had been out 4 times with no one home (so sprayed my front porch), and then another $149 to help with the mice. Technician ***** was great, came out another 2 times to add new poison to the attic, but I again had to pay another $149 and got a long text from the owner explaining that I probably still owed money? I cancelled my service today.

    Please be extremely cautious with this service! The service representative showed up on time for the inspection and started explaining the process. In order to show up for the inspection, they have asked to pay 169$ and they pushed for a credit card on file. Long story short, I declined the service after knowing that they are not going to help me much and asked him to leave. A few days later, I see 100$ fees on my card without any consent and was trying to track them down on their customer service line for more than a week multiple times a day.it was going to voicemail (*******************) directly. I've left a voicemail to revert back and no one called me back to date. I called them again before leaving this review with no success.I don't want others to get into this service and suffer like me. I had to report to the credit card company and they canceled my card to avoid any further stealing! I was reading previous reviews and was able to relate.

    Very bad experience. Strongly recommend not to use them They came very quickly for my squirrel in attic issue, took 289$ and left one trap on the ground outside the house. The rep was very nice and I was happy with their responsiveness but from that moment everything was horrible. After 1week with nothing caught in the trap but the squirrels continue to make a lot of noise in my attic, I tried to call them. I called them every days for 2weeks and automatically diverted to voicemail. Unable to get a human to reply. 3weeks after the first visit (and payment), the issue is still unresolved and they do not recommend any resolution. Horrible customer behavior and horrible results.The real nugget is that they give themselves 5 star in their wen site from so called customers but there is no option for me to leave my feedback in their website. Need to look for a different company and say goodbye to 289$ wasted.

    Yu Yu,Good morning, as explained in the initial call as well as explain to the time of service the $289 covers the trapping only there is no guarantees with wildlife. These are all explained, we make no money on that setup fee. Would you have a company do the trapping for free? There is no guarantees when it comes to a live living creatures. There's also an additional charge per animal as the status quo. I understand you're upset that you did not get a refund but we do not have share refunds for wildlife work whatsoever. The wages are paid to the technicians. I hope this helps. Have a great day.****

    My aggravation is regarding Squish customer support total ignoring the 8 consecutive daily calls + not offering any follow-up or next steps to address the pest issue. The cost of setting a trap is not the complaint. As I said, fast to take the money but not helping beyond. BTW, Cost of buying similar trap on my own is 30$...huge waste of my time and money with zero value

    Used this company for the past 2 years or so and when we moved down to every 6 months service, the first service was not a service at all. My husband went outside to talk to the technician and he was vaping. He never offered to come inside and treat the house and when my husband looked at his work, there wasnt any sign of treatment at all. We are canceling asap. We called twice and still nobody has returned our calls. Its a shame because we were happy with them prior to this. But when you see a Squish employee vaping and not working on your house, its time to move on.
