    I purchased a $600 mailbox and post from Mailbox solutions. They sent it with NO padding. When I opened it, the mailbox had a dent, scrape and missing paint. There were also a number of strange brown spots on the white powder coated post. It took multiple email attempts to hear back from Mailbox Solutions about these issues. Finally, ******, the owner, told me to issue a claim with Fed Ex - even though she shipped it with no padding. Her way of dealing with the brown spots on the post was to tell me I could send it back for re-painting at my expense! VERY disappointing. I regret doing business with them.
