"horrible--worst experience with an auto business--can't believe anything they say or promise--had the ** delivered after 2 months (snow delay) ---it was filthy, no engine or body detail at all--missing electronics--just wires--should have refused it but it was paid for--but the worse part was I paid for a extended warranty that was promised and got it after much hassle--first claim was for a repair of check engine light for a new glow plug(s)--denied because it was stated (somewhere--I never saw this in the contract) that it did not start for another 6000+ miles--I probably will not even own it for that long--been in the shop since I received it-6 weeks+ ago and still unfinished work--I have contacted them about a promised set off duplicate keys at least 5 times over the last 6 weeks and they said it would be in the mail the next day--nothing--just one bad experience after another--if buying from them be very, very careful--do not expect anything if it is not in writing--I would give less than a one but there is not a star for that"
