Parr lumber is the worst to work for. As a pay scale goes. A Box tr*ck driver will start at 20 to 24 hr and won't see a rasie in a long time witho*t going thro*gh a 4 point teir scale of being cross trainer in departments that don't pretain to yo*r job class. Also if yo* start at 24hr and get yo*r class B or A. Class B 26 hr Class A 26 to ***** is the cap. Also a lot of empty promises. The *** medical plan will rep * off. Or high ded*ctible plan. They don't match yo*r 401K after 1yr that's a lie also. When * read there New employee handbook it's really all a false prosod.

I used to work at part lumber for almost 4 years. The first two were great.. then I started to get harassed by another employee for months. **** refused to do anything about it till one day I had enough an said something to that employee that got me into trouble.... Then when I was assaulted by being kick in the back Wich screwed up my back for weeks.. **** once again did nothing but led me into getting into trouble once again... Then I was threatened by a manager an once again **** did nothing. But once again you know it I got into trouble for it... Parr lumber is not A family business an does not care about there employees. They are only out to rip you off an to still the souls of there employees. Do not trust or do business with them they only care about your money not you... I am not the only employee who has been through this there are a bunch of us out there I'm just the one that's going to speak up!!!
