      I understand backorders and delays. But they lie and obfuscate the facts of orders. I placed an order on February 2, 2023 and still have not received my order. I spoke to ****** which is the "person" that I called and emailed dozens of times. He provided me with false tracking numbers, excuses, and I have now been ghosted after telling them I want a refund of my $189. Avoid this business at all costs. They also claim that their helmets are made in Europe but are made in *****.
