    Over this past weekend I was on a Pacific Crest bus, the bus itself seemed to be in working order, although there is very little leg room even for average size people and seats are ********* problem was with the driver who looked like he may have been homeless. Clothes may have been slept in and pants had a few holes. His hair was long and looked like it needed washed ,and while driving down the rode he would put it in a ponytail or take it out of one. Very un professional! As was his attitude. we were a bus load of seniors and he made no attempt to park close for us or offer us a stable hand at the bottom of the steps. This all reflects badly on the company that hires bus and driver. He also pushed the speed limit, doing 70+ on 2-lane roads.

    Im on this bus currently and there was a tire blow out on an extremely dangerous and busy highway. The driver explained that this wasnt the first blow out this week and it happened on another bus. I fully understand that these things can happen but after 3 hours went by I decided to call and get any information. The woman I spoke to was rude and very short with me. She basically laughed at the situation and didnt even offer an apology. At this point it is a safety hazard to have any of these buses on the highway if they are not maintained. We currently have people on here who are hungry, thirsty and irritated. When I asked for the owners name she refused to give me that because Im sure she new I wanted to file a complaint. The driver himself was very professional and seemed to have little to no information on help from his boss. I highly suggest that someone inspects there buses because this is the second blow out they had this week and they have absolutely no contingency plan for an emergency like this. The driver also didnt have any proper tools.

    On the day of your incident, our on-call tire service provider was overwhelmed with roadside emergencies, leading to the unfortunate delay in reaching your location. We understand how frustrating this wait must have been, especially without immediate solutions in sight.
    We want to assure you that our buses undergo rigorous maintenance checks to ensure their safety and reliability. However, road conditions and unforeseen debris are factors beyond our control that can lead to tire punctures despite our best efforts. We are continuously exploring ways to minimize the impact of such incidents and improve our emergency response times.
    We deeply regret that this incident occurred and the discomfort it caused to you and other passengers. Your safety and comfort are paramount to us, and we are committed to learning from this incident to prevent similar situations in the future.
