    Although the previous reviews are a few years old, JnCs poor business actions are still in full swing as of September 2023. I placed an order for ammo on August 24th and nothing has happened with it since then. The owner ****** said a staff member was on leave and calls and e-mails have not been returned since August 31st when I last spoke to him. ****** partially blamed that on the phones being messed up and said when the staff member comes back after Labor Day, the order would be taken care of. Two weeks later, no one is answering any of the phone numbers and emails have had no response. Thankfully my credit card was never charged for the order. I was in retail for several years at major stores and this is, by a clear mile, the worst customer service and business communication Ive ever seen. How theyre still in business is an enigma. Save your time and frustration by avoiding them and at all costs.
