    Worst customer service and communication we've ever experienced! Had new windows and doors installed in August of 2020. Since then have recieved little info on fixing their issues and numerous false promises of resolution. For nearly 2 years we've been contacted every few months and told our new patio door parts are on their way. Weeks, or months pass with no further communication from them. When we finally initiate contact, we're typically told that the fault lies with their supplier. During the first year, WW did send service personnel out on a few different occasions, each time someone new with no background on the ongoing issues, and ALWAYS with the wrong parts! We have little hope that BBB can motivate this business, since they aren't even accredited. We're just hoping some other hapless homeowners will review your site and, based on our horrible, ongoing experience, steer clear of this business, at all costs!
