      My name is ***** and i work as a manager for an airport parking company at ******. We have vending machines in the office that are being serviced and refilled by Evergreen. The driver who came to refill the vending machines on 09.19.2023 was incredibly rude. He got super aggressive that I asked him to move his box truck to somewhere else as he was blocking the way. The driver ******** dropped everything and stormed off to move the truck saying that he still needs to finish the job. He started driving at least 35 m/h whereas the speed limit inside the lot is 5 m/h. I went after him trying to show him where to park the truck, but he decided to park it in another very bad spot. When i asked him what was he trying to do he replied with very offensive and aggressive language. I reminded him that we both were at work and to calm down to which he said "I will come after work..." unfortunately i can't continue with what he said as he was using very inappropriate language. He kept threatening me and saying that will come after work and will be waiting for me to be done with my shift. I called their office to report the incident hoping that there will be actions taken. First gentleman ******** was very understanding. I demanded immediate action on what happened. **** mentioned that will give me a call back shortly. I got a call from ****'s boss ********************* who seemed very arrogant. First thing he said was that he has spoken to ******** the driver and now would like to hear my side of the story. The story is very one sided!!! I told him everything after which he still arrogantly tried to defend his driver by saying that he's been working for the company for a while and never had any issues and that maybe he was having a bad day. Seriously?! He said that they will reroute him so that he never comes to our business. When i asked about disciplinary action he said that was not my business. it is up to them to decide what to do. Terrible service and terrible management! STAT AWAY!!
