  Why does is this company allowed to have a monopoly on its products? Horrific customer service and months and months of delays with orders. Why are they allowed to keep accepting orders when they can't fill orders from many months prior.For all we know they might be going out of business and taking everyone's money before they close the doors. I have seen this happen with manufacturing businesses. They don't pay their suppliers or anyone else and keep taking orders. Then they close the doors and walk away with the money.

  Ordered shirts for my kids. The ones for the oldest were fine. The ones for my youngest were not. The long sleeves looked faded. The polo was not as described the sleeves looked deformed and they said they ship whatever they can if the item is not available. Not to mention the shirt had blue pen marks on the front and back. This is unacceptable they give no refunds and charge too much. We cannot order uniform shirts anywhere but here.

  Description of complaint:Order was placed July 20,2023 and we are now at September 24,2023 with no ETA? When I purchased it said please allow two weeks we are far beyond this two week time frame now. I have recently received an email stating that my shipping has updated. When i check for the update I am still pending with no time frame. This is a school uniform website. School has clearly already started and my child has gone without. This is completely unacceptable.The first time i tried to reach out to customer service i got no reply until *************************************************** a timely manner; then refund should be given. I have even ask for my money back and to just cancel the order at this time. The rate this is going i wont have my items until next school year.

  Business does not fulfill orders as promised! They are a monopoly company, being the only uniform store for schools! Their prices are ubsurd and false advertisement!

  Uniforms were ordered 7 weeks ago still waiting on many pieces. The product sizes and materials are not consistent. The lack of planning from this company is a disgrace. I have a found a solution for any parents out there going through the same thing. I went to Gap and purchased the white shirts and school pants which were on sale and much better quality, I then took it to an embroidery place along with and old uniform so they can match the logo. The turnaround time is 3-4 days, the logo came out identical and I had more control over the quality of the products. This is inexcusable from such a large company.

  I made an order for a ****************** of ******* in July of 2022. I didn't rec'd the skirt until October of 2022. On, August 1, 2023, I call the ********** store as soon as they open at 11:00am and stayed on hold for 40 minutes and no one ever pick up the telephone. I drove to the store with my phone still on hold and when I walk in the store, the employees were standing around the desk just laughing and talking. There were other customers in the store and no one was helping them either. I proceeded to the section where Cornerstone uniforms were. All that section was in array. You could not find any sizes because everything was thrown all over the place. I did manage to find a skirt. When I approach the counter, I asked the employee did they have anybody to answer the telephone (my phone still on hold as I'm talking to her). I told her that I had been holding for 40 minutes. I call to see if they had the skirt and the size I needed before I drove way out there. Luckily they had 1 skirt in the size I needed. It seems as if, they are stock for all schools except Cornerstone of *******. They never have anything in stock.

  We ordered uniforms for my child and more than a month has passed, and they still have no ETA as to when it will ship. I then called them and the representative told me one thing, that they were already shipped, and then another told me they have not even fulfilled the order yet. They are not friendly to deal with and they tell you that you will get it when you get it. If there was another company use them. Horrible service.

  Horrible company. I ordered gym pants for my son (which he is required to wear by his school) and after 4 months, I am still waiting. The website said 2 weeks when I ordered and I still have received nothing. By the time they come, he won't even need them because it will be summer break and he will need a new size by next year. Meanwhile, he has no uniform pants to wear for gym at school. The fleece I ordered took over 3 months to arrive, and when it did, the quality is HORRIBLE! They have completely changed the material and it feels like somethng I could buy at the dollar store (except it cost me alomst $50). Literally the worst company I have dealt with in years.

  Very disappointed in the lack of service. Specually for the price paid. Multiple emails sent with no response. I ordered two shirts that were in stock, only one needed embroidery. It is two months later and still no delivery. The status continues to say "in process." If I had a choice, I would never use them again.
