    I spoke to ******* at the Cartridge-Network during a call-back on Feb 9, 2023 regarding toner for our brother multi function printer.After a very knowledgeable conversation about the quality and capacity types of cartridges, he stated that he had a deal for me2 original manufacturer cartridges (TN433-BK) in damaged boxes (cosmetic only) for $68.95, I stated I would pick them up this week, ******* said he would make a note so that others would know about the offer in the event he was not present. When I arrived at the store on February 13th with my notes, ******* stated that he would not honor the price he quoted last week, the price would be higher but still less expensive than I could find elsewhere. If there was an honest pricing error made, he could have contacted me to let me know or at the very least apologized for the error, neither occurred.**** and Switch comes to mind.
