      0 stars for this company. They did their job poorly, missed details on the transaction causing high interest payments to HUD for us. They refused to acknowledge it was their mistake and it cost us big time. They were not even willing to cover the interest we are being charged due to their negligence. They still charged us their fee of course, even though as a title insurance company it is quite literally their job to ensure proper paperwork was filed. They failed at that and I urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere for this service. They have made zero attempt to rectify their mistake. They simply do not care.

      Incredibly unprofessional. The receptionist either hangs up on me when she sees my number or cold transfers me to the claims department. I am trying to get in touch with a member of management, but apparently, she (the receptionist) doesn't want to. With regards to the issue at hand, I have been waiting for a resolution to my issue since August 2022. This company deserves ZERO stars.
