    Denied application for an apartment due to inaccurate criminal finding by *********************** causing my family great financial and emotional distress. We are having to work with an attorney now as they are not complying with our request for the background check they ran which they claim is supposed to have this inaccurate criminal information. *********************** is a dishonest *****.

    Terrible experience with them. They denied our applications outright and didn't even bother to look at the documents sent for our appeal. They refused to do even a cursory search of public records to verify our property claims and called us low income when we can easily afford the apartment we applied to. They're clearly racially profiling as my partner has an easily recognizable African American name.
