    Facts are if you bought a Super Box, you bought it for FREE TV, its a bootleg box that sources the tv channels from outside of the ****Technically, this box is illegal and you can be fined for having it, but I bought a couple of them anyway and took the ******, the biggest complaint is its very glitchy. Plus they dropped all the elite features because their squabbling with the partners and incompetent company, so really if you buy a Superbox elite or better product all you get is Superbox channels and they are glitchy. You do still get a lot of free TV but youre not gonna get any of the elite extra apps that they promised you. Do not recommend dont buy !

    I bought a pair of SuperBox Blue boxes at Fantastics Indoor Swapmeet in *********, ** with Victory Connections in Booth: F-27 The SuperBox Blue is worthless. It doesn't run anything like the one they show you in the showroom floor when they push their product.It keeps locking up, booting out of your shows back to main screen or just not loading at all. DO NOT get fooled into buying this product.

    Superbox is a waste of money and time. Once you get the box there is no instructions or anything to help you set it up. When I tried to text the help center to get the help they said it would charge my card $1 instead they charged it $55 plus $1. There is no address on the web to return the product and the phone numbers you do find nobody answers.

    SuperBox does not provide the service it claims to give you. There is virtually no recourse once youve purchased the product to satisfy complaints. Mismatched programming, freezing, mismatched audio with video, losing service and channels. Take my advice do not buy this product. I wish I hadnt.

    So they dont wanna honor the companys 14 day return policy. Superbox at first said they would not take the box back , cause I did not have original packing. Then they said they would reject it if I sent it back to them rudely . Then I said I would let PayPal know what they are doing and dispute the charge. Then they said they would take it only if I paid to have it shipped back. They are very shady and sneaky. They are very difficult to deal with. They will do anything to s**** someone over.
