"I bought the second to last issue of MAD magazine last July, waited forever for it, then after a billing issue was resolved and my bank was charged but I never received the Mag. "Proceed with caution using the Pre-Order feature. When books are in stock it works fine, but if the product arrives to them damaged (or not at all), they will keep the pre-order open indefinitely because the Final Order Cutoff (FOC) passed, and they do not allow the Consumer to cancel said pre-order." ...
