Additional Information

Refund and Exchange Policy
By signing a contract with Lead Savvy(Contractor) both parties understand and agree that Client is purchasing a reservation of time and services outlined in this Agreement. While rescheduling may occur if payment is delinquent, this Agreement is still binding for purchase of services and must be exercised within 90 days of signing Agreement.

Agreement with Contractor shall be for a term commencing on date of signed Agreement with an automatic, monthly renewal after the trial period. For longer contracts, to limit the financial hardship on the Contractor, a written, 90-day notice of cancellation is required after the trial period so that Contractor has the opportunity to replace lost business.

Trial period is in effect up to 60 days. During this time, Client may cancel service with a 15 day written notice.

After the trial period, Client will be responsible for payment of reserved time slots that occur before the 90-day cancellation notice in the project time frame referenced.

There will be no penalty for any remaining, reserved times slots after the 90-day cancellation notice in the project time frame referenced.

After the trial period, if Client wishes to immediately disengage from Agreement without continued work and with less than a 90-day notification, it may do so by paying Contractor liquidated damages consisting of 50% of the remaining reserved allotment.
