    Horrible shoes that are incredibly expensive and don't withstand the elements. The customer service is rude and unhelpful, refusing to back their products. I will NEVER buy KEEN footwear again.

I was unable to locate any interaction with you and our customer service team, based on the information provided in this company review. I was able to find a denied warranty claim from 2018 due to outside forces , I am sorry if you are still upset about this denial.Wishing you all the best,
