"IPM doesn't care about tenants they hired a woman named ********************* after she got hired I heard about her from a lot of tenants from 2 apartment complexes who dealt with her she raised rent and evicted tenants illegally she is even after me after knowing about the information i was told about that she is saying i haven't paid my rent since January of this year i tried calling IPM and telling them i have paid i have the money order recites and sent email copies of them and still got told i haven't paid so now she been falsely accusing me about threats and damage which i haven't done IPM doesn't care that she's retaliating against not just me but other tenants who talk about what she's done at the other 2 apartments she managed shes told tenants that they aren't allowed to talk about the rule or exchange info with each other and not to talk to me she even had cameras set up but they are only watching Building D,F and G there are no cameras watching A-C or E people has complained about the manager but nothing is getting done about it she even has tenants spying on each other everyday so yeah IPM is a slumlord management oh and to add my rent was $820 but after i got approved of NOHA somehow it went up to $1,029 NOHA pays part i only pay $34 cause of my hours are so low"
