    Completely incompetent. Refuse to reply to repeated tenant inquires but will respond within minutes to a bad review in a desperate attempt to avoid blame. Blatant disregard for material conditions of buildings. Zero professionalism. Unable to take accountability for their own incompetence's. No willingness to make things right. Polite courteous behavior is no where to be found.

    Thanks for continuing to attempt to smear us via online review platforms while misrepresenting your living conditions.  You are unhappy about a nominal rent increase notice and decided that this is your best course of action.  Please continue to use your maintenance portal to make requests, which the property owner and maintenance team have been addressing despite your attempts to claim otherwise.
