DNPM is basically a trash company that's buying up land and building cheap homes on it for maximum profit. I moved into a new unit as the first ever tenant and found scratches and and holes in the walls, some painted over others not. Texturing and painting was done rapidly and poorly, as there are tags and "fuzz" on most walls, plus the garage was left as bare drywall. The lease agreement constantly had errors in it - the street number, then street type (ct, ln, st, etc), then my vehicle plate was noted incorrectly. The lease also noted utility companies and required account numbers to even finish paperwork. This would be fine except that the listed garbage company was wrong and I had to call around to find out which company did provide garbage collection. I called the listed internet company to transfer my service from my previous address (about 20 minutes on the phone on the past) and my unit wasn't even listed as serviceable yet - the technician initially repeated my address as two units over, but when I corrected my street number I was told that I couldn't get service. This eventually got resolved and I have to wait 72 hours to get my address as billable, then only after that can I get a technician out to setup services for my location. I won't have internet for over a week is my guess. I called my property manager and it went to voicemail (they are rarely available), so I called the corporate line only to be told that DNPM doesn't work directly with internet companies and that I have to figure it out on my own. I work from home and now have to find an alternate solution because they didn't do any groundwork. There's also batter minimum parking for the entire block.Again, DNPM doesn't care about tenants; only income and quick profit.
