My 22-year-old grandson applied for a job at Pizza Hut, and the manager scheduled the interview at 2:00 on 10/23/23. He didn't have access to one of the family cars that day, but he was determined to make it to the job interview, so he walked 3.2 miles. He arrived early, as usual, and at 2:00, he went inside for the interview. An employee told him the manager wasn't there and to come back tomorrow at the same time. The manager did not give him the courtesy of a phone call to cancel their appointment. So my grandson walked another 3.2 miles back home. The next day, he interviewed with the manager, and he said it went well, except the manager said there were no positions available, but he would call him when one came up. This left quite an impression on my grandson. I wouldn't want this to happen to another young person seeking work or anybody else, for that matter. To schedule a prospective employee for an interview, without an available position they're applying for, is not good business. Could the manager have not let him know this when they spoke on the phone? The manager already had his online application on file.

bad experience with staff ***** who cut me off the phone and cancelled my delivery. We went into restaurant to order food and address situation because she had another staff hang up on me. She accused me of yelling to justify her actions for cancelling my order or not wanting to deal with a customer. I paid for order and left. Several weeks later ****** another staff who witness experience offered to cover my order. Thanks ******.
