      When I initially went in,pp the doctors were very nice. I told them I'm struggling financially and would need a price quote for the procedure. They told me it would cost about $122. I got a bill that was over $1000. I was not told that I would have to do the diagnostic injections twice until my follow up appointment. I stopped going for a few months because i couldnt afford it. I also called and requested a call back and no one called me. I waited until my pinched nerve got worse, about 3 months. I called and left a voicemail on the nurse advice line telling them my pain has gotten much worse and i have excess swelling in my neck. No one called me back for 3 days. They say they will call you back in 24 hours. I asked them if they could do the nerve cauterization without the second set of diagnostic injection. They told me no, my insurance wouldn't allow it. I told them I already spoke to my insurance and they did not require the second set of diagnostic injections. They told me they would get back to me that day, with an answer. 3 days went by. I left a voice-mail on the nurse advice line stating I'm very upset that they haven't gotten back to me and I may need to take my business elsewhere. They deal with people who are in chronic pain. I feel like they don't care about patients well-being. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. The pain I'm experiencing has caused me to miss work. I feel like I'm going to have to live like this for the rest of my life now. All I wanted was to be treated like a human being. This has caused me great emotions turmoil. I told them they need to re-evaluate how they provide patient care. There phone system won't let you speak with a live person. They just call you back at their convenience. I'm very disappointed. And I'm still in a lot of pain.
