On November 04, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for motorcycle apparel products from Gear Riders online store, and after several weeks and months they have not received their products. Consumers claim they have contacted the company via email for assistance regarding delivery and refunds, but the business is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
On November 04, 2020, and November 18, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Gear Rider for a response to the customer complaints, however, as of November 30, 2020, the business has not responded.
Gear Rider advertises an address of 11923 NE Sumner Street STE 747958, Portland, Oregon 97220. This address is being used by over 200 online retailers. The advertised telephone number of 302-549-0827 is a Delaware area code. The Oregon Secretary of State Corporate Division reports that Gear Rider is not a licensed business.
Better Business Bureau would like to remind consumers that when shopping online, verify the business address, licensing, and the telephone number for the business.
