- At MirrorWhite, our jewelry is hand crafted with great care and effort to present you with a unique work of exclusive art. Should a need arise; we will accept returns or exchanges of a tagged item in original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will process the returns within 3 business days. We will credit your account with the price of the item once the returned item is received (Shipping & Handling costs will not be reimbursed). Please allow 5-7 business days after the processing date for the credit to reflect in your account as per bank transaction times.
Return
To make a return, please send the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of the original invoice. MW will refund the purchase amount to the original mode of payment. Please include your phone number & email to reach you, should MirrorWhite have any questions about the return.
Exchange
To make an exchange, please send the item(s) you wish to exchange along with a copy of the original invoice with item names and number of the items you want to exchange with. Please include your phone number & email to reach you, should we have any questions about your exchange. Exchanged items will be shipped to you free via US Post upon receipt of your return. You will be charged or reimbursed the price difference of the exchanged item(s) to the original method of payment.
Shipping & Packaging for Returns/Exchangess
It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs on returns/exchanges. Ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box by USPS or Fedex. MirrorWhite recommends requesting delivery confirmation so that you know we have received your package. MirrorWhite would not be responsible to honor an exchange or issue a refund, if the shipment is not delivered at the following address.
