  Excellent service with annual contract for many years for heating and cooling. Office staff and service technicians go above and beyond to keep everything well maintained and running smoothly. Professional and friendly, reasonable prices. A/C went out several years ago during a very hot spell, came out and resolved in a timely manner.

  ***** is always great to work with for our heating/AC unit issues.He diagnoses the issue, gets it fixed and does not try to push things that we don't need. The costs for repairs are also very reasonable. The only issue is that they are very busy and it may take a few days for them to come by if it is not an emergency.I highly recommend him and Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling.***** and *************************

  Bull Mountain installed my gas furnace and heat pump system. ***** came out and assessed my home and created a proposal for a system that would meet my comfort needs and still be energy efficient. They have a cool side discharge outdoor unit so I don't loose too much space in my side yard. It's so quiet my neighbor can't hear it when it turns on (his bedroom is very close to the his property line) I also have a high efficiency carbon coated filter and RemeHalo to help calm my husband's allergies. The team was friendly and efficient They were able to install my system in one long day getting me air conditioning by the time they left! Not only did they replace my system, they created custom transitions to clean up the equipment positioning so I had more space in my mechanical room. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Bull Mountain Heating!

  Excellent service for furnace. Could not service air conditioner as was older. This info would have saved me time in finding someone who would service it. Consequently we have had to suffer several more weeks in hot weather without air conditioning. Company should have posted up front would only serve newer models.

  We do service older model air conditioners, but if its a refrigerant leak on a R-22 unit, that is not made anymore. We have the ability to retrofit it with a new refrigerant, but if the sometimes thats not possible if the leak is not fixable. We always to give options that would help long term not just short term. We are sorry it took so long to get out to you but we have been extremely busy throughout this hot summer and have worked very hard to get to everyone quickly. We hope you understand.

  I've used a number of HVAC servicers but the quality of service seems to be very dependent on the technician who comes to your home. I was referred to Bull Mountain by a friend and happy to have found them. From start to finish, they were professional and easy to work with. ******, my service tech, was friendly, neat and efficient. He performed maintenance on my ********* furnace and AC. Said both were in good condition and would last me a long time. He gave me a couple different options on the filter replacement. I thought it was nice that he didn't try to upsell me in any way. Their website says all technicians get 120 hrs of training each year. That is a lot of training, and it makes me feel really confident in the company. I will use them again, and would highly recommend.

  Very professional people, repaired my AC very quickly and little cost to me. Great communication and arrive at the beginning of the time window provided. Technician (*****) was very polite and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

  Our technician *****, was prompt personable, and very helpful. He fixed things very quickly and explained everything as well, that he had done. He also, let us know how to choose a different filter that will be more agreeable to the system we have. He wasnt trying to sell us a filter, just help us to find the right one that would be better and easier to work with. Weve had many technicians here in the past who have never pointed that out to us! ***** knows his business. We will recommend to our friends and neighbors.Thanks once again for being fantastic and helping us to feel secure about our choice!
