      Job was done incorrectly at the direction of ******************* - the upstairs floor was installed without underlayment, which is incorrect and not per the instructions in the contract. ******************* knew this was the case and told the installer to complete the job anyway. After many emails and conversations of denial and gaslighting from *******************, I finally got the truth from the installation manager and after 3 weeks (and being displaced a second time) the upstairs was installed correctly. ******************* also ordered way too much material (10+ extra boxes) as well as instructed me to purchase an extra ***************************************************************************** paint touch up, plus there were many chips and areas of damage to my house. I got a quote from another company to fix the damage and do the paint touch up and caulking and the job and was quoted $5,500. The communication was terrible and customer service was even worse. I chose ******************** because of their reputation, but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money.
