    I've been a long time customer and I am extremely sad to state that we will never do business with this company again. This company does a very poor job of communicating with their customers and making sure they are meeting the needs of their customers. Over the last year, they've extended the manufacturing time larger sized items (5 gallon pails and drums) by over two ADDITIONAL months with zero heads up to the customers that regularly purchase these items. It now takes over three months to order those sizes and it's not even customized. If you order anything larger than jugs, it's best not to work with them.They are currently running an ad that says to "Stock Up For The Holidays", but the soonest they will have stock is December...We've been customers for years and seeing this level of service continually drop is a surprising hole in our supply chain that we cannot easily patch. I'm greatly disappointed in how little they now care about their customers.

    ********, we have responded to you via our customer service team and we clarified the misunderstandings with you. The order you placed on December 11, 2024 shipped on December 12th and then the large order you placed on December 30th, shipped on January 2nd, 2025. Both of these orders were placed after your wrote the BBB review. The company had been steered off course from ********* and it took us a year to get it back on course, but I am happy to see that not only did you continue to purchase after you left the BBB review, but your orders also shipped within ***** hours after placing the order. This is the type of customer service and follow through that our customers have come to rely on again. Since we are a manufacturer and do not always have items in stock, our website does show if something is in stock or not and our longest lead time, barring any unforeseen issues with ingredients, averages 2 weeks.

    I have been a long time customer with Essential. I have been with them through the good times and the down times in hopes that things would improve. I have seen numerous employees come and go...and some I must admit I was glad to see go. The customer service was very, very good- I even used to signed holiday cards in the mail :) Those days have long past but I still am trying to hold out high hopes for them. Sadly I have had to source other companies for products as so many of my main staples that came from Essential are just taking too long to get back in stock. It's difficult to run a business when you don't have stock to sell to your customers. I must admit that I was sad to see that they now require a $75 min order- but it's understandable. Perhaps some day that will change. My biggest complaint (and I so hope this is read by **************) and I have had this since I began working with them, is that their communication with customers is not very good. With regards specifically to when they decide to discontinue selling a product and give us - their customers who sell their products- ZERO lead time! I am giving them 3 stars b/c of their past performance however if I were a new customer I too would probably give a 1 star. I LOVE your products Essential I hope things change for you so we can do more business together. And I do hope that you are able to bring back some smaller sample product sizes- especially when it comes to trying your essential oil blends. It's very hard for a small business to spend over $100.00 to sample a scent. I'm happy to spend $100 to purchase it but not if I can't sample it first.

    D.G., I am so sorry for what you have had to deal with these past few years. Took a while for us to steer the ship right this year, but I hope you're seeing the difference in this last month. We have stock back online, placing some products that were discontinued back online, and I hope you'll see 2025 as the company you used to love. I remember signing those holiday cards and sending them :)  Yes, the minimum order quantity sadly was a necessary situation that we had to put into play, but always please feel free to text me anytime. I'll get in touch with you so you have my mobile. Thank you for the 3 stars, I completely understand how frustrating these past few years have been.

    I have ordered with Essential Labs twice. The first time, my ordered was severely delayed but the product was good. I ordered again and after several months, I was informed that my order was cancelled. The email says all orders under $75 are being cancelled and no refunds will be given. If I want a refund, I must file a report with my credit card company, per their email.

    I am so incredibly sorry for you being caught up in the fact that Essential Labs had to file for receivership. It was a very difficult choice for us to make, but was the only one that made sense to help save what our customers had come to rely on from us, as we manufacture items that no one else does. 

    We have been making strides to improve things and have most of our manufactured products in stock now. If you chose to give us another chance, we would love it, but I wanted to at least reach out to apologize to you.
