    I am writing this to warn anyone considering Agiliron for their business. The program has potential but the staff is not able to support the program. Issues go on for months unresolved, no response when emailed for days. Also don't believe all the great reviews on their site they are ***** most of those customers have not been with them for years. In short stay away from Agiliron.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Agiliron regarding their failure to cancel our account and the subsequent unauthorized charges that have been occurring since November 28, ****. We submitted a formal request to cancel our Agiliron account on November 28, ****. Despite our efforts to discontinue the service, our account has not been canceled, and we continue to receive and incur charges.Since the requested cancellation, we have experienced three unauthorized charges, each amounting to $515 per month. ($1545.00 total) These charges are both unwarranted and in direct violation of our cancellation request.Our attempts to address this issue with Agiliron's customer support have been met with inadequate responses and a lack of resolution. The failure on their part to acknowledge our cancellation request and cease billing is both frustrating and unacceptable.I am seeking the following actions to be taken by Agiliron:I request that Agiliron promptly cancels our account as originally requested in November.Agiliron should reimburse us for the three unauthorized charges that have occurred since the cancellation request.I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in addressing this matter and hope for a swift resolution. I look forward to your prompt attention to this issue.Sincerely,***********************

    I had a terrible experience with Agiliron while trying to integrate CommerceHub with QuickBooks. The process dragged on for a year, and in the end, I had to abandon it. Despite not moving past the setup phase, Agiliron refused to refund the monthly fees we had already paid. It seemed they lacked experience in integrating with CommerceHub and didnt put in enough effort to solve the problems. Furthermore, after I cancelled their service, they kept charging my credit card for monthly fees. It took me three months to notice these charges, and even then, they didn't issue a refund. I was forced to cancel my credit card to stop these ongoing charges.
