    I ordered a Last Supper print from CanvasX.net for 98.95$, on Mar 18, 2023 through Pay Pal. I received an order confirmation no CM#***** via email, the same very day. I have heard nothing since then. I Havent received any tracking information and when I put in my order no. to track, it does not show any details! I contacted them through their email form on their website twice and they replied on March 27th and Apr 12th telling me to give them 5 business days to respond. No response till date. The number listed on their site does not work. I can't get a hold of anyone from their company to handle my refund request or even give me an update on my order. Its been 4 months since! I would like a refund for the same!

    I ordered a print from CanvasX.net for 59$, of three deer outdoors. I contacted them through their email form on their website and they replied on March 11th telling me to give them 5 business days to respond. I have heard nothing since. I can't get a hold of anyone from their company to handle my refund request or even give me an update on my order. I used PayPal to pay for the item.

    I placed an order Nov 5, 2022. I have received no shipping confirmation and no response after emailing them three times. The number they list for their business does not work.

    On November 18 2022 I placed an online order (#CM22330.) for a canvas with Canvasx.net. Payment was made through Paypal.com. I received confirmation of order but the product was never shipped. The online system only shows as "order confirmed". The customer care phone number listed in the website is not in use and the customer service email just responds with an automated email. There is no option to cancel the order.

    On November 10th I ordered a framed canvas print of the ravens football team. I have not heard a word about a order number delivery or anything else. Their phone number does not work and I have emailed them 5 times only to receive a form email back. I'd like to know if I'm going to get what I ordered or do I need to find a different place to order this from. I use PayPal to pay for it.

    I ordered a product and tried a couple of times following up on the order and status. An automated reply responds with them responding back to me within 5 working days. I haven't heard from them after the alloted time. Also the number provided on the website is not working.
