After spending well in excess of $1,000.00 on previous online orders, most recent order was cancelled via email by Schmitty with no reason given. Called **************** and spoke with ***** who simply made excuses and, when pressed for an answer, transferred me to Schmitty who proceeded to mistreat me. When I became angered by his mistreatment, admittedly, I lost my temper. Consequently, Schmitty banned me from placing future orders and hung-up phone. This behavior was a direct result of my refusing receipt of an earlier order due to my own error. I notified ** **** via apologetic email of my error and refusal of delivery. That purchase amount qualified for free shipping, thus shipping was a loss to retailer. Had someone communicated to me their displeasure for absorbing shipping charge, I could have made a reasonable accommodation. An objective opinion can also be such circumstances are part of doing [online] business with an understanding that loyal customers reward sympathetic retailers with future purchases as I tried to with most recent order. I hope owner of Universal Cycles **** LLC reads and appreciates this review.

What a horrible service from this company. They ask you to fill out the billing address and shipping address when you order products. What they don't tell you is that if the billing address is different from shipping address then they will not ship out, because of supposed fraud issues. A) Other bike stores/suppliers don't have this policy as long as the credit card matches the correct billing address B) They supposedly send you an e-mail, but if you don't reply (even if it goes to junk mail) then they will cancel your order without trying again. Afterwards not willing to work with you and tell you to make sure that the billing and shipping address are the same or they will not ship it out (at least according to **** at the ****** store). Traveled from overseas to pick up components for a bike build and they are the only ones who didn't deliver and left me dry.
