    Quick support and the webshop is more user friendly. I have ordered foodbot S2 food 3d printer for ********* in *************. Item received in good condition and it's working great. Kudos to ****** for his excellent customer service.

    Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I ordered a Creality Ender S1 Pro December 15th 2022. No problem taking my payment. Was told that it would ship in the next 2 to 3 working days. Didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks, so I inquired about my order 12/28/22. I was told that it is now back-ordered and that it would be in at the end of December, or beginning of January. I inquired about another model, and was asked to wait a few more days for the Ender. I told them that I would. 1/6/2023 the shipment was blamed on the ***** surge in *****. Again 2 to 3 days to ship. 1/7/2023 I got the tracking information. 1/9/2023 the LED light shipped separately . 1/9/2023 the shipment was canceled by them for no apparent reason. 3DPrinterStore said that it was because of a logistics issue. 1/10/2023 I tried to cancel he order for the first time. And I made ****** aware that I was canceling. That PM was told that the oredr was shipped already. 1/12/2023 I tried again to cancel the order. Received email stating that once the order has been canceled, I will be refunded 1 to 2 days. I was told that it was too late and that I would have to refuse the delivery and have the printer returned. The printer arrived 1/24/2023, and was refused. The printer spent until 1/27/2023 trying to be delivered back to them. 1/31/2023, After I let sales know that the items have been returned, I was once again asked to wait a couple of days for the vendor to refund my money. Needless to say I still haven't received my refund. I am opening a PayPal dispute with this company today. My advice would be to find some other company that cares more about the customer.
