    We stayed at the ************, the fourth we got there at 12:30 AM. And woke up with some bites on us. We were there for a funeral, so we left when we came back, we had found bloodstains in our bed sheets and went downstairs to say something, and she said, thank you for the concerns, and that was it when we went back upstairs to go back to bed. We woke up in the morning and my husband was completely covered in bedbug. Bites, we found carcasses of bed bugs more blood in the bed and when we brought it to their attention, they told us, maybe you shouldn't have stayed here, then I asked for a refund for my room and they told me no that if I was not happy, I shouldn't estate a second night. We reserved the room for 2 nights. Thursday night and Friday night, but we did not receive 2 nights. We arrived at the hotel Friday morning at 12:30 AM. So we only stayed Friday night left Saturday in the morning. They did not want to refund me any money. Nor did they care about the concerns of the bed bugs in their hotel. It is absolutely disgusting, and I cannot believe they allow it to continue.

    This hotel used to be one of the best hotels, but after staying there for a few weeks here in ********* the ladies at the front desk they charge my debit card double, then they don't want to help and put the other charge back. And they also gave my ro to someone else while all of my stuff was in there. They don't clean the room or make the beds. We waited a week almost 2 to get the room cleaned. They also have a lady there that does not know what she is doing, and she has to call everyone because no one is there to help her
