      Most expensive place and they hire felons with active warrants to do the work. Be careful who you trust. The felon they hired stole from **.

      Family member had a major **** causing extensive damage throughout the kitchen and dining room of her home. She decided to replace the floor in the main areas of the home since she was doing a large portion of the house anyway. She decided to shop local in our small community and purchased flooring and utilized a Knutsons employee to lay the floor. The floor of the house needed leveled and Knutsons said their employee could do it, but needed to be paid separately from the flooring and install. The floor did not get leveled correctly and there was a section of flooring that was not installed at all. When we called Knutsons to make it right, it took 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the store ( over the span of about 3 weeks) to get someone to respond to look at the issues. They placed the part of the floor that hadnt been done, but refused to take responsibility for the leveling issue due to it being paid for separately which was done at their recommendation. My family member does not have extra money or time to be dealing with these issues. What happened to good people? This is what happens when you shop local. I will never go back here nor will I recommend them to anyone.
