They CANNOT deliver what they promise. We approved our ad in Sept, 2022. Three months later, menus were still not in the restaurant. Finally in Feb., 2023 we were told menus were in use. Repeated visits to the restaurant showed menus were never in use on ALL tables, as promised. Once they were at the counter, but not at any tables. Received numerous emails with promises to force the restaurant to use the menus, but apparently The Table Times has no power to actually get the restaurant to comply. Ultimately we were told we would receive a refund. However, repeated responses to that email, "I will submit a request for a refund," received no response, and the refund was never provided. We are now more than 1 year from the original down payment, and 10 months since the final payment in full. This time frame exceeds the allowable time to dispute the charges with my credit card, so I appear to be stuck paying for a service I never received.

I was employed by the Table Times and it was the most unethical company for which I ever wroked. Here's a list of things they did:1. When I contacted a customer for advice on how to describe their company, I was reprimanded and told to "make something up."2. I routinely heard salespeople tell potential clients, "We've gotten a lot of good reports about you," or "We've heard a lot of good things about you." This was all baloney.3. The management routinely came into work after lunch intoxicated or high on pot.4. I complained about the noise level one employee routinely made playing music through her headphones. For this infraction I was fired, and told "you are not a good fit."5. A relative of the owners told me flat out, "Oh, we have a LOT of enemies."In conclusion, I hope they have gone out of business and that they have left town as I can't think of one good thing to say about them.
