      The only reason the owner of this company gets "one" star is because it's the lowest rating offered. True to form, *********************************** of *********'s Property Management, LLC continues to misrepresent her narcissistic self again, just under a different name and company entity. *********************************** is indeed the former ******************************* w**** fraudulently registered her previous business, ********* Property Management (slightly and cunningly simuler) with the ****** Secretary of ************************ between **** and 2012 whereas she intentionally and knowingly registered ********* Property Management's "principal place of business" to be located at **************************************************************, which is actually the church located next door to her, the Four Square ********************** From the onset of her **** registration with the Secretary of State, until 2012 did she update her registration and pay her fees on this fraudulent business address which did not belong to her, but to a church! So she continued to do this foe not just an "oops" a year, but every year for seventeen (17) years! That is not "coloring outside the lines," that's "scribbling all over the page." If it were a mistake, and who makes such a mistake when registering something as important as your business? Still, she had 17 opportunities to correct the mistake each year she paid her fees and re-registered her business including "where" her primary place of business was located. When attempting to serve her a legal summons, the Marion County Sheriff could not as he returned the court the attempted, but failed process of service due to: "The address provided is a church." Evidently, she prefers "obstructing justice" over "fair business practices." Currently, and under her now BBB standing, she was sanctioned by the ********************** for failing to renew her license and continued to collect rents, security deposits, etc., without being licensed for 209 days! Fraudster! True story.
