    1. the sales person did not explain that I was signing an 18 month contract because you arent given the opportunity to read the fine print they pressure you into signing w/o time to make a decision then call their office for a welcome call which I found strange 2. What he said was the amount apparently was minus taxes I was made to believe I was paying 299$ all inclusive for a community deal 3. When you call to cancel the customer service now want to sell you a 12 month contract ( like you already started me on half truths so why the heck am I staying on with you all)Honestly it is better to give a customer the entire truth let them determine if they would like to take and keep your service as opposed aggressively selling without being honest.Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend ! also I should have checked the reviews before even engaging them! Trust me reviews dont lie

    **** was awesome! Very knowledgeable and courteous. For the first visit I had plenty of questions to ask and I he never made me feel like I was in his way or holding him up. So far I am very pleased with Axiom's service level and feel confident using them in and around my home going forward.
